We only us Nicaraguan Tobacco as our long leaf fillers.
We find the smooth drew from this area of tobacco to be better used as the filler. This adds to the level of taste our founder enjoys.
Nicaraguan Tobacco Aging Process
The aging process for us is not our cigars, it’s the tobacco leaf. When you order your hand rolled Aranyi Cigars is the time when we choose our aged tobacco to become apart of your cigar.
The filler is 1st and the binder is 2nd and then the wrap is 3rd. If you Aranyi Cigar is dipped, then 4th is the dipping the cap of the cigars in wild mesquite honey from Northern Arizona.
We use Dominican Tobacco is our binder for all of our cigar lines… and as the wrap on our Noir Cigars line.
For the most part, Dominican Tobacco is used for filler, not us it’s always used as binder and our Noir Cigars line it’s also used are our wrap.
Our wrap(s) are always two to three time thicker then the average wrap…
When our founder and chairman designed Aranyi Cigars he had his mind made up. Made up to have a cigar hand made for the outdoors, with a long burn and wouldn’t fall apart when out and about. (Boating/Fishing, Camping/Hunting, Golfing and Horseback Riding etc…)
Based on the type of cigar line you order will change the wrap. Call us at 702.703.9429 for more information.
